Who we are
This website is run by Portalview, based in Sydney, NSW. In this policy "we" and "us" means Portalview. You can contact us about privacy at hello@portalview.com.au.
What we collect
When you book a walkthrough we collect what you type into the form: your name, your building company, your email address, your phone number if you give it, how many builds you have on, and any message you add.
Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and secure the site. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. The pricing page remembers whether you chose monthly or annual prices, and that choice is stored only in your own browser.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to you, arrange and run your walkthrough, and follow up about Portalview. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it's stored
The site and its enquiry form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes form submissions for us and may store them outside Australia, including in the United States. We also keep enquiries in the email and business systems we use to run Portalview.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@portalview.com.au. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

This policy covers this website. Information inside a builder's client portal is handled under our agreement with that builder.
