Constructive is an Australian customer portal and selections platform for residential builders. Portalview is a client portal priced for small and mid-size builders.
Both are portals. The difference is scale and price.
Constructive adds selections, 3D colour visualisation, maintenance and a branded app, with a minimum spend of $6,600 a year. Portalview covers progress, photos, documents and payment status from $149 a month.

- You build enough homes that the $6,600 minimum is easily covered
- You want online or 3D colour selections in the portal
- You want a branded app in the app stores
Portalview may suit you if
- You run up to 50 builds and want a portal priced to match
- Progress, photos, documents and payments cover what your clients ask
- You want month-to-month pricing with no yearly minimum
An example: a builder with 10 builds on at once would pay $1,788 a year on Portalview's Starter plan, plus $2,999 setup in the first year. Constructive's minimum licence spend is $6,600 a year, before any extras.
