Does my client need to install an app?
No. Portalview runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Your client gets a link and a login.
Can one client see another client's build?
No. Every login is limited to that client's own project: their build, their documents, their payments.
Do we have to change the software we use now?
No. We connect Portalview to the tools your team already runs, so progress, photos, documents and invoices appear without being entered twice. We confirm exactly what connects during your walkthrough.
How do photos and updates get into the portal?

Can we brand it as ours?
Yes. Your logo and colours on every plan, and the portal on your own web address from Growth up. Your clients see your business, not ours.
What happens in the walkthrough?
We show you a demo portal on an example build: what a homeowner sees at each stage, how photos, documents and payments appear, and how it would connect to the tools you use. Then we answer your questions.
How long does setup take?
About a week for most setups. We connect your tools on days 1 and 2, add your branding on day 3, and invite your clients on days 4 and 5. We confirm the timing for your tools in the walkthrough.
What counts as a build?
A build counts from contract to handover. Once a home is handed over it stops counting towards your plan, and your client can still see their documents and photos.
What does it cost?
From $149 a month + GST for up to 10 active builds, $249 for up to 25 and $349 for up to 50. Setup and integration is a one-off $2,999 + GST, paid as $1,499 to start and $1,500 when your portal goes live. Annual billing gives you two months free.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Monthly plans run month to month. If you leave, we export your clients' documents and photos for you.
What if we have more than 50 builds on?
Volume builders get a quote matched to their pipeline. Book a walkthrough and tell us how many builds you run a year.
Where are you based?
