What your client sees

Answers, before they have to ask.

  • Photos from their build, newest first, each with its date and the stage it belongs to.
  • Short notes from site, like "Roof sheeting is on. Windows arrive Thursday."
  • Every photo in one place, rather than scattered across texts and emails.
  • Their own build only. No other client's home ever appears.
What your team does

Nothing new.

Portalview reads from the tools your team already uses. We connect them during setup, where they allow it, so there's no second system to keep up to date. We confirm what connects in your walkthrough.

  • Photos flow in from the tools you already use once we've connected them.
  • No sorting and sending photos to each homeowner.
  • Alerts go out when new photos are posted on Growth and Pro.
Why it matters

Photos say what an email can't.

Homeowners want to see their home take shape. Many builders already take plenty of site photos; the problem is getting the right ones to the right client without someone spending Friday afternoon sending them.

Putting photos in the portal turns something your team already does into the update your clients look forward to.

Questions

Common questions.

Who can see the photos?

Only the homeowners invited to that build. Every login is limited to its own project.

How do photos and updates get into the portal?

From the tools your team already uses. We connect them during setup, where they allow it, so stages, photos, documents and invoices flow into each client's portal without anyone typing them in twice. We confirm exactly what connects in your walkthrough.

Do clients keep the photos after handover?

Yes. Once a build is handed over it stops counting towards your plan, and your client can still see their documents and photos.

See it on a demo build.

We'll walk you through a demo portal and show you what your clients would see.
